P90X3 Worksheets Download

Want to know something important?  If you don't write down your progress, you'll never remember how far you've come!  Those little milestones won't be remembered from week to week, and trust me, you WANT to know how well you're doing, and how far you've come.

P90X3 is no exception to this.  Not every workout requires you to write things down, but the workouts that involve weights certainly do.  Why?  Because you want to know what weights you did, if you had to modify, if you should choose a different band the next time.  And you can't make any of those decisions if you don't write it down.

So, my advice:   There are two options to record your progress.  You can download the P90X App, and record it there, or, if you just connect better with pen and paper then do that.  Me?  I'm a pen and paper girl, for whatever reason, it just makes me feel a bit more accomplished.  But if an app does that for you, then use the app!

I'm not going to lie, it is AWESOME seeing the progress on those sheets!  And Tony gives you plenty of time to write it down, then move on to the next workout.  Easy peasy. So download the app, or download the worksheets and get to work!  You've got this!
