Body Beast Recipe: Power Protein Balls

So, we all know that to build muscle you need LOTS of protein.  Thankfully there are pretty easy ways to attain the right amount for you.

These power protein balls now only have 8 grams of protein per serving,  but they are really, really tasty!  In fact, every recipe I've had out of the Body Beast guide has been awesome!

They are super quick to make, and don't require a lot of ingredients.  Here's the recipe!

Power Protein Balls
(makes about 12 servings, 2 balls each)

1 cup natural smooth peanut butter or almond butter
1 scoop BeachBody Hardcore Base Shake
3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds, without shells

*Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl
*Shape mixture into 24 walnut sized balls
*Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour before serving
