21 Day Fix Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

When a meal plan includes double chocolate chip know I've got to try it out ;)

My husband is not a 'sweets' person, but he somehow managed to eat three of them while they were still hot on the cookie sheet!

These cookies are subtley sweet, and only cost you one yellow container on the 21 Day Fix meal plan, and absolutely no guilt.  So, without further adieu, here is this wonderful, easy, quick little recipe!

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies: Makes 15 servings, 1 cookie each

What You'll Need:

Nonstick Cooking Spray
1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup canned lite coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all natural cocoa powder
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips


1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
2. Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray, and set aside
3. Combine coconut oil, applesauce, maple syrup, and coconut milk in a medium bowl, mix well, and set aside
4. Combine coconut flour, whole wheat flour, and cocoa powder in a small bowl, mix well.
5. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix together until well blended.
6. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
7. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto the baking sheet
8. Bake for 12 minutes or until firm.

The only trick will be figuring out how to eat just one!  Enjoy!
