Candice & Calabrese Day 5: Steak Fajitas

Cooking is always more fun with a a beach house...on the ocean.

After a day by the pool and running some errands for a pretty amazing retreat that my friend has so carefully and wonderfully planned, these steak fajitas were definitely earned!

What I absolutely love about this recipe is the sheer amount of food that you can eat.  Two tortillas loaded with the steak fajitas is one serving.  And man, were we stuffed afterwards.

The dollup of greek yogurt along with a squeeze of lime was the perfect finishing touch after just 20 minutes of prepping AND cooking.  Just be sure that you have a fork handy, as the corn tortilla does tend to fall apart.  If you put a piece of lettuce in between the tortilla and the steak it could help so you can still try to eat it with your hands.  Aside from that, this recipe is so full of flavor, completely filling, and easy to make.  With plenty of leftovers...that delicious food pic is coming tomorrow.
