Candice & Calabrese: The Fixate Project

This has been such a FUN addition to my blog.  I was inspired to do this from the movie, 'Julie & Julia'.  It was about a woman's journey through Julia Child's very complex cookbook.  My task isn't quite as difficult, but I have a feeling it's just as much fun!

In each post you will find some great healthy ideas for your kitchen, some of the recipes from her cookbook, and, my personal take on the recipes that I try out.  My goal is to show you how tasty and easy healthy cooking truly can be if we're willing to step outside the box (like, literally, step outside of the million boxes of junk in the grocery store), and be on the perimeters of it, grabbing fresh ingredients for us, and our families.
